Return And Exchange

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any returns (unless the product is damaged). However, in the case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you within 3 days of delivery. We will not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE or one size. All returns are subject to verification by fashionstory.studio.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellation beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellations beyond 24 hours will be at discretion of fashionstory.studio. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their credit card/netbanking/debit card account and may take up to 5- days depending on your financial institution.

Shipping

The shipping charges for all shipping within India are free and are completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. The shipping time generally takes 15-21 working days.

1. The Shipping time may vary depending upon the Products and will be shared upon inquiry. (For both Domestic(i.e. India) & International shipping.)
2. The Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry. (For International shipping only.)

Taxes & Duties

The product prices displayed are at the maximum retail price. In the case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
